Yes, the “My Account” & Checkout section of our site is 100% secure. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.
Can I ship to multiple addresses on the website?
Yes, the "Checkout with Multiple Addresses" option allows you to place multiple orders with just one trip through the checkout process. This is especially useful when you wish to send gifts to a variety of people at different addresses. To use this feature, simply click the button labeled “Checkout with Multiple Addresses" on the shopping cart page.
Are shipments insured?
Yes, all packages are insured though the shipping carrier used.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
In the event an item arrives damaged, please complete the Damages & Replacements form by clicking here. Upon completion of the form, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. All damaged items will be replaced free of charge as long as the claim is submitted within 3 business days of receipt.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. If you would like to return the item, please see Returns & Exchanges section. Do not refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods as this will result in up to a $10 return delivery fee.
What if an item is out of stock?
Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. Our website contains inventory availability for each item, so you can only order items that are in stock. From time to time, an item that says it is available turns out not to be. If this is the case, your order will be automatically back ordered and your credit card will be charged when your item ships.
When are back orders shipped?
Most back orders ship within 7–14 days. However, some items, may take longer. Backordered items will be shipped immediately upon availability. To check on the status of a back order, contact us.

Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes, gift wrap can be added to each item for $5 per item. You can select gift wrap on the product details page when adding item(s) to your cart.
