We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wineglasses.com. If you’re not happy with an item, simply return it within 30 days in the original packaging for a full refund or credit of the product purchase price.
Items should be returned in unopened or original condition, with a copy of the Product Return Form. A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued using the original form of payment used. We will not issue refunds for items returned that have been used, or are classified as un-sellable. Shipping charges are not refunded. Hold onto all return tracking information when shipping your item(s) back to Wineglasses.com.
If the return is not due to an error on our part (i.e. after you received the correct merchandise you no longer want the item or wish to exchange for a different item), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the merchandise. We will issue a refund for the item(s) being returned - please allow up to 10 days for processing.

All returns that were special order, shipped directly from manufacturer and/or shipped from locations other than our primary PA warehouse will be charged a 15% restocking fee ($5 Minimum).
If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please ship the original item with the completed Product Exchange Form back to our Exchange Department. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Hold onto all return tracking information when shipping your item(s) back to Wineglasses.com. Additional shipping charges will apply for your exchanged item.

If you discover what you believe is a product defect please contact Customer Care at 610.252.6162. Products deemed defective within 30 days of delivery can be exchanged for the same non-defective item. If after 30 days of delivery please contact the manufacturer of such third-party product directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty. Defective items can also be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery at your expense.
Damaged on Delivery
If you received a item that was damaged in transit and need to exchange it for the same item, complete the Damages-Replacements form to request a replacement. Please keep the item(s) until replacements are received for possible inspection by carrier. Wineglasses.com may request damaged goods to be retrieved. After replacement item(s) are received simply dispose of the item(s). Damaged items can also be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery at your expense.
