Shipping Information

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on Wineglasses.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Shipping Times
Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt, subject to availability. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM EST). If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed the next business day. In the event the products you ordered are drop shipped from their manufacturers/producers shipping times may vary. In some cases, we may hold orders up to 30 days before shipping. This is done when a transaction triggers one or more of the many anti-fraud triggers we have implemented.

Shipping Location
A majority of our orders ship from our Easton, PA warehouse. On occasion we may ship your order from alternative locations throughout the continental United States. This may or may not cause shipping times to vary. For information on where a product ships from please call 1.800.946.3788.

Shipping Methods
Wineglasses.com utilizes both UPS & US Postal Service for shipping orders. Unless a specific carrier is requested, we reserve the right to determine which carrier and service will be used.

  • US Postal Service First Class Mail, Parcel Select & Priority Mail - An efficient, cost-effective way to ship low-weight packages to residential, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO destinations. Deliveries typically take 2–8 business days. US Postal Service picks up, sorts and delivers the package. Tracking of the packages is done using a US Postal Service tracking #. 
  • UPS SurePost - An efficient, cost-effective way to ship low-weight packages to residences, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO destinations. Deliveries typically take 1–8 business days. UPS picks up the packages, sorts and then routes them to a US Postal Service facility for final delivery. A US Postal Service postman will deliver the package. Tracking of the packages can be done using a UPS tracking #. 
  • UPS Ground - This service is for residential and commercial addresses. Deliveries typically take 1–5 business days. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. UPS picks up, sorts and delivers the package. Tracking of the packages is done using a UPS tracking #. 

Expedited Shipping
Next Day, 2 Day and Three Day expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. If your order requires expedited shipping service or a specific delivery date please call 1-800-946-3788 Mon-Fri 8 am - 4 pm EST to place your order. Please note there are no guaranteed weekend deliveries for any of the services above.

APO/FPO & P.O. Box Addresses
Shipments to APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses are shipped USPS First Class or Parcel Select. Expedited and express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses. Standard delivery timeframe do not apply to APO/FPO & P.O. Box shipments. To avoid delays we suggest shipping your order to a physical address rather than a PO Box or APO/FPO.

Drop Ship
Wineglasses.com offers a large selection of items that may be sent by various shipping carriers depending on where the item is shipping from. Orders that contain items shipping from various locations will arrive in separate packages. Please allow 3 to 4 extra days for shipping these items. Expedited or express shipping may not be available on orders containing these items during checkout.

Delivery Intercepts
In some cases, we can request a delivery intercept to change the delivery address on a package before they are delivered. Delivery intercept is NOT a guaranteed service and a fee is charged by the shipping company. This fee is accessed by the shipping company only and will only be charged if your intercept request is completed.

Undeliverable Shipments
Most shipping carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Unless requested by customer our packages do not require a signature for delivery. It is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. In this case, an additional shipping charge will be deducted from any refund and/or an additional shipping charge will be required for reshipment. In the case where an order was shipped as a gift directly to recipient(s), all undeliverable packages returned to Wineglasses.com will be forwarded to buyer's billing address.

Refused by Recipient
A $10 return delivery fee will also be applied for delivery refusal on non-damaged goods. An additional shipping charge will be required for reshipment.

Custom Wine Cellars, Coolers & Racking, All Howard Miller Products
Standard shipping rates do NOT apply to wine cellars, cooling units, wine racks, all Howard Miller products, Wine Keeper systems and their components, items shipped from manufacturers or freight collect, and personalized items require additional delivery times. Because of size and/or weight, some items require an additional shipping surcharge. Shipping for large items will vary according to destination, and will be charged to your account when calculated. Please make sure wine cellars, cooling units, wine racks, Wine Keeper systems fit and are compatible with your space as ALL sales are final. It some cases additional shipping charges may apply after your order is shipped. Shipping times on wine cellars, coolers & racking and Howard Miller products vary from 2-6 weeks. Other Shipping Rules &  Restrictions

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Wineglasses.com makes every effort to ship In-Stock items within 24 hours of order placement.
  • All expedited orders require a street address.
  • UPS does not consider Saturday, Sunday or any national holiday as a transit day nor do they deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
  • Orders shipped on Friday using UPS Next Day will arrive on Monday, not Saturday.
